On the positive side: the hotel staff especially the reception staff are very friendly and helpful; the hotel is mostly pleasant and comfortable - perhaps a few areas might need a little tlc but that is quibbling!
On the negative side : the Spa was closed for renovation - no prior warning was given and during a ski season having no spa is unforgivable; the ski bus only goes out to the slopes once a day first thing in the morning and comes back once a day at the end of the afternoon - whilst this is fine for skiers that want to spend the whole day up the mountain it does not allow people who want to ski only part of the day getting back to the hotel.
